lazy girl air fryer latkes 🥔 idk if I could ever lazy girl air fryer latkes 🥔 idk if I could ever go back to doing them legit (especially not until i have a proper vent sitch) ingredients — bag of shredded hash brown potatoes 2-3 shallots, grated or 1 large onion 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp coarse kosher salt (or 1 tsp fine sea salt) plus more for sprinkling 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper good olive oil spray preheat your air fryer at 400℉ as you make your potato mixture and liberally spray the grates of your air fryer with a nice olive oil spray grate the onion and mix with a bag of shredded hash browns mix in 2 beaten eggs, ½ cup flour, tsp coarse kosher salt, tsp baking powder, ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper spoon four latke piles down and using the back of your spoon, press them down flat, spray them again! cook at 400° for about 6-8 minutes until golden on one side. flip with a spatula and spray and cook the other side until perfectly golden on both sides! serve immediately but if you can’t, crisp back up to serve in your air fryer! garnish with chives and a lil salt. happy hanukkah 💙
