june was the most eventful month of my entire life

june was the most eventful month of my entire life!?!!!

we moved out of our house, had a going away party and said bye to all our friends and family, threw arlo an early birthday party, he finished 2nd grade, turned 8, and went to his first ever concert @alfredyankovic

then we headed to connecticut, patiently waited for the moving truck and now we just like LIVE HERE!!?!

today my baby is 8! 😭🤯 insane how fast it’

today my baby is 8! 😭🤯 insane how fast it’s all gone, arlo has always been the funniest, coolest and most passionate kid of all time.

a little walk down memory lane with some favorite arlo memories — purple guy, sand eater, chronic tripper, the most loving little dude.

may you see all the sharks eating people, collect all the rare pokémon cards and eat all the orange pasta and soup dumplings your heart desires in life!!!!

greetings from new england!!! still cannot believe we’ve officially left los angeles for the connecticut shoreline WHAT IN THE WORLD???

i’ll do a more in depth tour soon, but for now, this is it!!! she needs a looootta tlc but such good bones and a freaking killer view too. my literal life goal has been a gorgeous view to look at every morning and every sunset and i cannot believe this is real life 😭

so grateful. so excited. soooo nervous to live in an old house.

oh and yes for those worried about the children with the water yes me too— we got a latch for the top of the back door so they can’t go out without us and izzy starts swim lessons next week!? the previous owners had young kids too so i think we can live here safely! we also have a huge flat fully fenced in front yard they can play in safely!

need a name for the house!! it’s blue and it’s on a river… !? would love your suggestions!

the end of a beautiful chapter 💛 we brought arlo home here, we crafted our way through the pandemic here, we mourned our pregnancy losses in bed, we finally got to bring our rainbow baby home here, threw so many incredible birthday parties, so many beautiful dinners in the backyard, so many sweet christmas mornings, so many hours of mamma mia. it’s hard not to be sad while i’m also so excited, we made millions of incredible memories here.
