air fryer lazy latkes — i know the miracle of oi

air fryer lazy latkes — i know the miracle of oil is kinda lost with this method but i still spray a good amount of oil during the air frying so there!

here’s how to make ‘em:

— grate one onion and mix with a bag of shredded hashbrowns
— mix in 2 beaten eggs, ½ cup flour, 1 tsp coarse kosher salt,
1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp black pepper
— preheat air fryer at 400 and liberally spray the grates with a nice olive oil spray
— spoon four latke piles down and using the back of your spoon, press them down flat, spray again
— cook at 400 for about 6-8 minutes until golden on one side. flip with a spatula and spray and cook the other side until perfectly golden on both sides!

the baby dollhouse — PART 2! part 1 was about a

the baby dollhouse — PART 2! part 1 was about a year ago 😆🙈 but i finally decided i should finish what i started, and izzy is a year older now so she’ll enjoy it even more! is she too young for a dollhouse? yes absolutely! is she gonna trash all my hard work in seconds? probably!

but i’m making everything out of a whittlers set so it’s basically just playing with blocks!

i wallpapered, made a slipcovered sofa (actually this was the third attempt at a sofa), a hand painted fireplace by tiling one of the blocks, a frame tv with her favorite things to watch, some of her favorite teeny books and teeny stockings!

next up will be the kitchen — trying to turn wood blocks into cabinetry and appliances, so much to do so i can give this to her on christmas!

also should i paint the exterior!? gingerbread style????

how can i stop decorating for the holidays when it brings me sooo much JOY?! look at these adorable things i found from @bedbathandbeyond! everything shipped really quickly, so you have time! i’ve been wanting to make cranberry garlands but not actually make them so instead i got these to use year after year, the cutest embroidered kitchen towels, these pretty bells i hung up on my new kitchen rail 😜 the sweetest little pedestal perfect for all my holiday sweets!

marshmallow snowmen! so cute you MIGHT not want to eat them! super cute and simple activity to do with your kids. plop them in hot chocolate and cozy up together 🥹

attach marshmallows to each other using toothpicks, use pretzel sticks for their arms, and we used sprinkles with icing as the glue to make their faces and buttons.

(the exact sprinkles i used were @wiltoncakes rainbow chip crunch for the noses and black confetti sprinkles for the eyes and buttons)

he used oven bake @sculpey_official and acrylic paint, then made the takeout box out of actual cereal box and parchment paper out of real life parchment paper. he used transparent paint for the pickle and the chips— soooo good!
