two ingredient bacon marinade that you will want to do every time you make bacon, i promise!!

just mix together equal parts dijon mustard and maple syrup, brush right onto the bacon and oven bake. don’t brush too liberally or it won’t get super crispy (which i still don’t mind because it tastes so good)

my best friend taught me this method and i think goop taught her? but ever since i started i’ve never gone back!

february ❤️ a chaotic month for us, i’ve felt overwhelmed almost daily but still made some sweet memories! highlights include dinner at our favorite @salsprovincetown, gigis 75th birthday, arlos valentine’s day table and lemonade stand, the kids getting way into baking together and they need their own cooking show, @nytcooking spicy tomato beans and greens and discovering that it’s ok and maybe even slightly cool to wear socks with my maryjane’s

NEW SERIES!? just a mom making dinner! i love watching cooking videos but i’m not able to make anything fancy or elaborate most nights — so i thought it’d be fun to make videos of doable low effort dinners for other moms to make ❤️

i made trader joe’s soup dumplings along with @nytcooking miso butter cabbage. i was sad to discover we didn’t have ginger but i got this sauce from @yunhaishop that is a pretty decent sub for @dintaifungusa black vinegar! i mix it with shoyu.
