- chop up all your fresh herbs. i use pretty much everything we have growing, i love the medley of everything mixed together, so use whatever you like! 
- in a large bowl, mix your chicken with the herbs - i like them heavily coated, so you can always add more herbs if you need to. 
- add olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest into the bowl and mix well. 
- grill on one side until golden brown, flip and cook until internal temp reaches 165℉
