chop up all your fresh herbs. i use pretty much everything we have growing, i love the medley of everything mixed together, so use whatever you like!
in a large bowl, mix your chicken with the herbs - i like them heavily coated, so you can always add more herbs if you need to.
add olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest into the bowl and mix well.
grill on one side until golden brown, flip and cook until internal temp reaches 165℉
